Bruce has had the privilege of serving in an eclectic group of initiatives, providing a broad range of experience in the for-profit, non-profit and congregational ministry arenas.
Bruce offers Leadership Coaching, Organizational & Transitional Consulting, and Vision Casting to ministry, marketplace and church leaders. Bruce is a Canadian representative for Kingdom Partner Solutions, serving a wide variety of For Profit and Non Profit clients alike through its leadership training, unique growth strategy development technique, execution management process, objective based incentive compensation plans and executive level coaching. Bruce is also an ordained minister with OBFF (obff.com) and an ICF Trained Executive Coach through Professional Christian Coaching Institute. |
Bio
As I reflect on the past 35 years God has given me the privilege serving in an eclectic group of initiatives that have provided a broad range of experience in the for-profit, non-profit and congregational ministry arenas. Building seems to have always been at the heart of what motivates me. In my early years I was fortunate to lead the development and construction of children’s camps in Southern Ontario with Crossroads Christian Communications. In later years I took the same principles used to construct buildings and develop properties and applied them to building and developing organizations with Crossroads and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship as the National Director of Camping Ministry. Those same desires, led me to pastoring for 10 years. During that time I led a small congregation (that eventually became known as YesChurch) through significant growth and a shift to a new paradigm of outreach and ministry.
All of these experiences have a common thread running through them. That thread is the building up and developing of people to reach their potential in all areas of life. Through all these roles and responsibilities my amazing wife, Wanda has been right there with me providing her own unique gifts and abilities while at the same time pursuing her own path in music and worship leading nationally and internationally.
The most important role and privilege that Wanda and I have is to be the parents of five remarkable children, all of whom are married to wonderful spouses and to date, we have 17 grandchildren that we are grateful live close by.
At this stage of our lives we are increasingly aware of the power of being intentional about the legacy we will leave. It’s that revelation of the importance of legacy and the eternal perspective that has energized the transition to be an executive and life coach. The opportunity to serve significant leaders as they pursue God’s purpose for their lives, families and businesses is such a privilege. At a higher altitude, I am motivated to serve marketplace leaders because of the strategic importance of marketplace leaders have in the Great Commission.
